This flat roof building project consisted of a wood truss structure and wood deck with a TPO membrane. Lift or ground access to clean the windows was not possible due to the tight surrounding area, therefore, a rooftop tie-back system for fall arrest and boatswain (bosun) chair was required. Due to the design of the building, some of the windows were set back from the edge of the building, not allowing window washers to reach using conventional roof anchors. In order to get access to these windows, custom hole sleeve anchors were installed that penetrated through the reinforcement blocking and soffit to provide access adjacent to the window surfaces.
